What We Do

The School PTO Chairs serve as a liaison between the PTO, school principal and the parent community. The Chair works closely with the Co-chair and the school principal; they meet regularly to discuss school issues and to assist with special projects as needed.

What's happening now...

  • All Hands In!! Please join Country, Woodland, and Field School families for a night of fun and community on Thursday, March 9th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Weston Golf Club.  Your children have put their hands in creating some great auction items--let's put our hands in to support them, our schools, and WEEFC! Tickets are $50/person and include light bites and beverage.

  • World Language Week at Country, Woodland and Field Schools

World Language Week is the week of March 6-March 10. As part of the celebration, the World Language Department would like to invite parents/guardians to come into Spanish classes to share their cultures with students. Your visit does not need to be related to the culture of a Spanish-speaking country- the more variety, the better! Some ideas for sharing are: demonstrations (salsa or merengue, for example), cultural projects (papel picado, origami, etc.) and slideshows and/or artifacts from other countries. There are many other possibilities such as reading a picture book or singing songs. Please contact the Spanish teacher at your child's school if you would like to sign up (Country- Kimberlee Kasanov, Woodland- Kristen Sheridan, Field- Danuta Bujak) or the Director of World Languages Kathy Baker.)
